Role Overview:

A dynamic and strategic leader to lead the Analyst Relations (AR) function. The lead of Analyst Relations will be responsible for building, nurturing, and scaling strong relationships with key industry analysts across leading firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Juniper, MEF, Omdia, etc.). This role will shape how our company, products, and strategy are perceived in the market, ensuring that analysts recognize our leadership, differentiation, and value proposition in the software industry.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the software product landscape, excellent communication skills, and proven success in elevating a company’s profile through analyst engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyst Engagement & Relationship Management

•Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with analysts covering relevant software domains.

•Serve as the primary spokesperson and liaison between the company and analyst community.

•Organize and facilitate analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions.

Strategic Positioning

•Influence analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave) to strengthen the company’s position.

•Partner with product marketing, strategy, and executive leadership to shape analyst messaging and positioning.

•Track competitive landscapes and leverage analyst insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.

Thought Leadership

•Proactively communicate company vision, innovation, product roadmaps, and customer success stories to analysts.

•Ensure analysts have timely access to relevant data, case studies, and customer references.

•Position executives as thought leaders in conversations with analysts.

Market Intelligence

•Gather and synthesize analyst feedback to provide actionable insights for product, sales, and marketing teams.

•Share analyst research and perspectives internally to guide business decisions.

Program Management

•Develop and execute the annual Analyst Relations plan aligned with company strategy.

•Manage budgets for AR activities, subscriptions, and events.

•Measure and report the impact of AR efforts (share of voice, analyst perception, report mentions, positioning in key evaluations).

Skills & Qualification:

•An MBA or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in communications, analyst relations, or product marketing within the Telecom and software industry.

•Strong experience of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, AI/ML, or related domains.

•Track record of influencing major analyst reports and rankings.

•Must have established relationships with top-tier industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, Juniper, IDC, and others.

•Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into strategic recommendations.
