With a strong presence across E-commerce Prasuma isredefining convenience food through quality, taste, and innovation.Role OverviewThe Key Accounts Manager – E-commerce will be responsible for driving revenue growth, buildingstrong platform relationships, and ensuring brand excellence across leading online partners & Quick commerce platforms example blinkit, zepto, big basket, flipkart, . This roleinvolves managing P&L; for key e-commerce accounts, executing business plans, and collaboratingcross-functionally to deliver growth targets.Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Delivery & Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for E-commerce channels.
- Drive volume, value, and profitability across key accounts.
- Develop and execute account-specific business and growth plans.
- Account Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners including Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy
Instamart, BigBasket, and others.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with major accounts.
- Negotiate listings, margins, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
- Distribution & Availability
- Ensure 100% product availability across all online platforms.
- Coordinate with supply chain for smooth order fulfillment and replenishment.
- Track and improve fill rates while minimizing out-of-stock (OOS) issues.
- Visibility & Activation
- Plan and execute platform activations, banner ads, and content improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand presence and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Drive visibility through deals, sponsored listings, and feature spots.
- Promotions & Scheme Management
- Design and implement promotional schemes aligned with business strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate ROI on promotions and marketing spends.
- Optimize trade spends while maintaining profitability.
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance, category trends, and platform data.
- Track competition pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Provide actionable insights to management for business decisions.
- E-commerce Growth
- Optimize product content, keywords, and search rankings.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (AMS, sponsored ads, etc.).
- Improve conversion rates and enhance consumer engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for seamless execution.
- Partner with marketing for platform activations and creative content.
- Support finance in receivables, claims, and reconciliations.
- Compliance & Governance
- Adhere to company policies on pricing, trade terms, and claims.
- Ensure timely claim settlement and minimize financial leakages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce Key Account
Management, preferably in FMCG or Frozen Foods.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce business models, analytics, and platform dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and sales reporting tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
