Title: KAM (Key Account Manager)

Location: Bangalore - Karnataka

Job Purpose:

To drive strategic growth and profitability in the builder segment by managing key accounts, achieving primary and secondary sales targets, and fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders. The role is pivotal in expanding market share across LDC, HDC, and B2B FMEG categories through effective engagement, contract management, and customer-centric solutions.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the building materials, electricals, or FMEG sector.
  • Strong understanding of LDC, HDC, and B2B FMEG product categories.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis for sales forecasting.
  • Ability to interpret commercial contracts and pricing structures.
