Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, based in Mumbai, your role is crucial in efficiently managing the therapy area by effectively reaching out to customers, increasing product awareness, answering queries, and introducing new products. Your responsibilities include: - Proficiently managing customer focus and coverage by communicating effectively with medical doctors, identifying key practitioners, prioritizing customer coverage, and generating maximum prescription sales. - Strategically planning the frequency of calls, visiting targeted doctors, tracking in-market sales, and maintaining high customer confidence through customer-focused selling techniques. - Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective implementation of sales promotion strategies, enhancing product knowledge, and exploring opportunities for new business development. - Tactically planning for tertiary demand generation, executing fieldwork, following up on feedback, handling special product campaigns, and covering nursing homes, clinics, and hospitals as per coverage requirements. - Nurturing strategic relationships with top accounts, possessing in-depth knowledge of the company and customers, and having a strategic perspective for long-term gains. - Actively participating in meetings, medical education camps, speaker programs, and guiding team members within the therapy area.
