Role & responsibilities Developing business and meeting sales targets for high-end tests through technical sales discussions. Generating and closing leads to drive growth for high-end tests associated with specialty doctors such as Oncology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology. Engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals from hospitals tie-up for business. Coordinating with other cross-functional teams, including customer care, home collection, lab network and logistics, to meet the needs of doctors and our clients. Possessing knowledge of high-end testing and advanced techniques such as Flow Cytometry, Histology/IHC, etc. to facilitate in-depth consultative discussions with clinicians. Monitoring the latest market developments and providing timely feedback. Assisting in the creation, management, and support of networks for sample collection and service delivery. Capable of working individually and being able to contribute well in a highly competitive market. Preferred candidate profile Must be meeting Oncologists and promoting Oncology tests such as BRCA1, BRCA2, Whole Exome Sequencing, Tumor Markers, etc. Will be added advantage if meeting Gastro, Neuro, Nephro and promoting Genetics and Genomics.
