Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a high-performing and experienced oncology professional responsible for mentoring peers and driving results across regions. Your role will involve consistent performance, knowledge-sharing, and implementing best practices to shape local sales strategies and have a broader regional impact. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully complete all required training programs, including product certification assessments. - Engage oncology healthcare professionals in scientific discussions on approved indications, efficacy, and safety profiles to support appropriate on-label use. - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory-specific business plan aimed at achieving or exceeding sales and call targets. - Drive sales performance and ensure targets and budget forecasts are consistently met or exceeded for the assigned territory. - Build and maintain deep knowledge of the local market, customer demographics, competitive landscape, and healthcare access dynamics. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, particularly in interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of promotional materials and samples. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred) - Minimum of 3 years" experience in Oncology sales Desirable: - Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs) - Currently managing or experienced with GUGYN (Gynecologic and Urologic Oncology) portfolio Additional Company Details (if applicable): The company values strong scientific acumen and communication skills, strategic territory management, peer mentorship, and influence across regions, high levels of compliance and ethical standards, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
