Role Overview: As an Oncology Sales Representative, your role is crucial in driving the business development and sales execution for the assigned oncology products. You are expected to not only meet but also exceed the sales targets by developing and implementing effective territory business plans to ensure maximum growth. Identifying and engaging key decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and other healthcare institutions will be essential, along with promoting and creating awareness about the products among oncologists, medical professionals, and key stakeholders.
