Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving renewals, cross-sell, and upsell to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build strategic, multi-level relationships with client stakeholders—CXOs, HR, and engineering leaders—to maximize platform adoption and satisfaction.
  • Lead business reviews, usage analytics, and ROI storytelling to secure long-term commitments and budget expansion.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless onboarding, campaign execution, and post-event analytics.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and prepare proposals, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contract governance.
  • Track pipeline and account health in the CRM, maintaining accurate forecasts and data-driven insights for leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 3–5 years of quota-carrying experience in account management or solution sales within SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech.
  • Proven record of hitting or surpassing ARR renewal and expansion targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities with CXO audiences.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and data-driven forecasting.

Preferred

  • Background working with developer ecosystems, hackathons, or community products.
  • Knowledge of contract management, Indian procurement cycles, and InfoSec compliance.
