Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Non-EB & EB business lines, including Property (Fire, Marine, Burglary), and other lines of GMC business.Ensure retention of corporate clients through effective liaison and communication.Leverage corporate relationships to drive business closures.Float queries to insurance companies and provide clients with competitive and optimal quotes.Review premium calculations, terms, and conditions, ensuring the best possible coverage through discussions with insurers.Negotiation with insurers on premium quotes & Terms specially in big & medium sized proposals.Administer documentation guidelines during policy issuance and claims servicing to ensure quality checks.Conduct risk inspections to analyze clients' risk profiles and suggest strategies to mitigate potential losses.Collaborate with insurers, clients, and surveyors to ensure a smooth claims process.Resolve 100% of client queries and complaints within the stipulated turnaround time.Provide timely and accurate MIS data as per business requirements.Candidate have 3 + years of experience in General insurance corporate business can apply for this role..
