Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting tasks. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and developing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Managing the employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience are key components of this role.
