Role Description

Junior Project Manager

You will collaborate with our Data Science and Development teams to drive the product roadmap, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery of this unique market intelligence tool. Responsibilities

• Feature Management:

  Define, document, and prioritize new features for Recruitsignal that enhance the accuracy, usability, and presentation of the predictive hiring data.

• Technical Coordination:

  Work closely with the Data Science and Engineering teams on the technical execution, focusing on data sourcing, predictive model deployment, and performance optimization.

• Market Insight:

  Conduct research to understand recruiter needs and market trends to ensure Recruitsignal maintains a competitive edge as a proactive market intelligence tool.

• Roadmap Development:

  Develop and maintain the product roadmap and communicate progress and data-driven milestones to internal stakeholders.

• UI/UX for Data:

  Focus on the user interface and experience, ensuring that complex data insights (the hiring prediction signals) are presented clearly and actionably to the recruiter.

• Project Oversight:

  Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to technical and data quality standards.

• Liaison:

  Ensure seamless collaboration between developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to building reusable processes and documentation for data product management.

Qualifications

• Proven interest in

  Product Management

  within a data-intensive or AI/ML-driven application.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience coordinating technical projects.
• Ability to understand and discuss the basics of

  data pipelines, APIs, and predictive models

  to coordinate with technical teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially related to data presentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
