We’re just starting out, there’s lots of room for growth and an opportunity to shape how India shops for nostalgia Role Description CTC: 3.5-5 LPA 5 days WFO, Sat WFH. 6 days working Engage with customers across platforms (WhatsApp, email, Instagram DMs, webchat) and resolve queries with empathy and accuracy Support inbound and outbound B2B sales conversations – especially around festive orders, corporate gifting, or custom bulk requests Collaborate with ops and fulfilment teams to track order status, returns, replacements, and escalate exceptions Document recurring queries and customer feedback to improve internal workflows Work closely with our AI team to train the conversational chatbot — feeding it real dialogues and improving its tone, relevance, and fallback logic Maintain a warm, brand-aligned tone in every interaction (we’re all about nostalgia, simplicity, and thoughtfulness) Study user behaviour on our website, and test thesis to improve Conversion Rate Qualifications 1–3 years in a customer-facing role (D2C brand or startup experience a plus) Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi (Hinglish) Comfort with tools like Shopify, Freshchat/Interakt, and Google Sheets Bonus: Experience working with AI training datasets or chatbot tools Genuinely enjoys solving problems and connecting with people Organized, calm, and thoughtful under pressure

Responsibilities CTC: 6-9 LPA 6 days working: Mon-Fri from office, Sat wfh As our Assistant Product Manager, you’ll be the owner of everything that happens once a user lands on our website. From understanding what they click, to why they drop off, to how we can increase conversions and make their journey smoother — this role is a blend of product thinking, analytics, user psychology, and visual content. End-to-end ownership of Shopify storefront experience Analyze user behavior via tools like Hotjar, GA4, Clarity, and Shopify analytics to uncover friction points and drop-offs Drive and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across homepage, product pages, and cart Plan and implement A/B tests — new CTAs, layout changes, mobile optimizations, pricing tests, etc. Create and manage content and basic graphics (via Canva, ChatGPT) to keep the site fresh, seasonal, and story-driven Work with devs/designers for deeper UX/UI upgrades as needed Own website merchandising: collections, bundles, banners, popups, offer integrations Sync with marketing & operations to ensure website flows align with campaigns and real-time inventory Qualifications 4+ years of experience working in the product or related team Hands on experience managing a Shopify website Working knowledge of GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, A/B testing tools, and Shopify apps Eye for clean design, UX thinking, and persuasive copy Knack for identifying and solving user friction with data and empathy. Must be comfortable dealing with data & numbers Curious, experimental, and detail-oriented — you're always testing, learning, and iterating
