Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, primarily on

    Zoho Books

  • Prepare monthly accounts, including

    P&L

    ,

    Balance Sheet

    , and

    Cash Flow statements

    .
  • Maintain and update

    weekly payment schedules

    .
  • Prepare and process

    monthly payroll

    .

Compliance & Filings

  • Handle all tax and statutory compliances:
  • TDS

    ,

    PF

    ,

    ESIC

  • GST filing

    (monthly/quarterly)
  • Annual returns

  • Prepare and maintain all compliance-related paperwork for

    LLP

    and

    Private Limited

    entities.

Reconciliation

  • Reconcile:
  • Sales vs. amount received

    (bank & cash)
  • Payments vs. material received

  • Material sold vs. stock available

Audit & Reporting

  • Participate in internal and external

    audits

    .
  • Support compliance-related data requests.
  • Prepare and maintain the

    financial data room

    for external stakeholders or investors.

Business Support

  • Assist in creating

    business projections and financial plans

    .
  • Involved in the accounting side of any activity where money is spent or earned (procurement, sales, refunds, vendor payments, etc.).
