Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities

CTC: 6-9 LPA

6 days working: Mon-Fri from office, Sat wfh

As our Assistant Product Manager, you’ll be the owner of everything that happens once a user lands on our website. From understanding what they click, to why they drop off, to how we can increase conversions and make their journey smoother — this role is a blend of product thinking, analytics, user psychology, and visual content.

• End-to-end ownership of Shopify storefront experience
• Analyze user behavior via tools like Hotjar, GA4, Clarity, and Shopify analytics to uncover friction points and drop-offs
• Drive and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across homepage, product pages, and cart
• Plan and implement A/B tests — new CTAs, layout changes, mobile optimizations, pricing tests, etc.
• Create and manage content and basic graphics (via Canva, ChatGPT) to keep the site fresh, seasonal, and story-driven
• Work with devs/designers for deeper UX/UI upgrades as needed
• Own website merchandising: collections, bundles, banners, popups, offer integrations
• Sync with marketing & operations to ensure website flows align with campaigns and real-time inventory

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in the product or related team
• Hands on experience managing a Shopify website
• Working knowledge of GA4, Hotjar/Clarity, A/B testing tools, and Shopify apps
• Eye for clean design, UX thinking, and persuasive copy
• Knack for identifying and solving user friction with data and empathy. Must be comfortable dealing with data & numbers
• Curious, experimental, and detail-oriented — you're always testing, learning, and iterating
