Associate Product Manager

About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Associate Product Manager who is equally comfortable writing PRDs and writing code. You’ll collaborate with our engineering and business teams to design, build, and optimize technology products — including APIs, integrations, and internal tools. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys blending product thinking with technical execution and wants to grow into a full-stack Product Manager role.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute the roadmap for ZRPL’s tech products — including API integrations, catalog systems, and partner tools.

Write and review user stories, product specifications, and API documentation.

Contribute to lightweight coding tasks such as writing scripts, testing APIs, automating reports, or building quick prototypes (e.g., using Python, JS, or Postman).

Work closely with engineers to clarify requirements, test builds, and validate releases.

Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and data logs to identify issues and opportunities.

Participate actively in sprint planning, QA, and go-live support. Maintain documentation (PRDs, release notes, workflow diagrams). What You’ll Bring 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Technical Business Analysis.

Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PHP, or SQL). Ability to read and understand API structures, payloads, and response logic. Strong analytical mindset - able to translate data and logs into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with tech and non-tech teams. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, Git, and Figma. Comfort with Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS product environments would be an add-on. Understanding of cloud systems, version control (Git), and basic DevOps workflows.
