As an Associate Product Manager at Newton, your role involves owning and driving a well-prioritized product and feature roadmap that balances metric movers, customer delights, and customer asks. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing business reports to assess the impact of products on key business metrics, generating innovative ideas to grow market share, improving customer experience, and driving growth. You will also be responsible for analyzing market and competitive conditions, identifying new business opportunities, and target markets. Actively listening and connecting with customers, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products, building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and planning project timelines and required resources are crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and analyze business reports to assess product impact on key metrics - Generate innovative ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience - Analyze market and competitive conditions, identify new business opportunities - Own and drive a well-prioritized product and feature roadmap - Actively listen and connect with customers to understand their needs - Manage end-to-end lifecycle of products - Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders - Plan project timelines and required resources Qualifications Required: - An engineering degree, postgraduate degree in engineering/business domains desirable - Minimum 3+ years of product management experience - Understanding of database structures, MMP platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, etc. - Knowledge of data and analytic tools like Tableau or equivalent - Strong documentation skills and excellent communication with cross-functional teams - Working knowledge of SQL, ability to create queries - Understanding of online advertising is highly desirable As for the company, Affle is a global technology company with a proprietary consumer intelligence platform that focuses on delivering consumer engagement, acquisitions, and transactions through relevant mobile advertising.
