1. Leegality Document Infrastructure: A product that helps Indian businesses build paperless document processes in a fast, easy and compliant way. This product is currently in use by 2000+ companies - from large enterprises like HDFC Bank, SBI Cards, Federal Bank and more to high growth companies like Razorpay and Cards 24. 
2. Consentin: A platform that companies can use to manage DPDP + privacy compliance end-to-end: consent management, DPR requests, data breach management, data discovery, risk assessments and more. We already have 3 leading enterprises signed up - IIFL group, Shriram Finance Group and Flipkart, with 10 others currently in the implementation phase.

Role Brief

AI technologies

You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Execution:

  Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.

• System & Process Mapping:

  Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation:

   Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing). Extract and use data to support your requirements.

• Technical Feasibility Assessment:

   Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and align with tech constraints.

• AI Integration

  : Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AI/ML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centric.

• Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  Maintain transparent, structured communication with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and progress.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Analyse product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve features and processes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 1–2 years in product management or a related role.
• Tech Background: B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in basic programming logic, data flows and data analysis
• Cross-functional Execution: Proven track record of working with development teams to deliver projects.
• Product Exposure: At least 1 year of hands-on product management experience.
• AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve business problems.
