We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Manager to lead the empanelment and mapping of various financial products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing new partnerships, managing relationships, and ensuring our financial product offerings are effectively aligned with business objectives. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and empanel financial products from banks, NBFCs, insurance providers, and other financial institutions.
• Map existing financial products to organizational requirements, ensuring optimal fit for clients and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms and fostering strategic partnerships.
• Analyse product data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and emerging financial solutions to recommend improvements and new offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products and track performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies while onboarding new financial products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in product management, empanelment, or financial services.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial products such as loans, insurance, investment solutions, and banking services.
