Visit www.zrpl.co.in to know more. Job Summary We are looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our email communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in planning and executing targeted campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, and be experienced in segmentation, automation, performance tracking, and conversion optimization. Experience with tools like LEDE 360, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies to support lead generation, engagement, and retention. Plan and manage end-to-end email campaigns — from content creation and scheduling to A/B testing and optimization. Segment mailing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and campaign goals. Build and manage automation workflows and customer journeys using LEDE 360 or equivalent platforms. Create multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications. Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to create engaging email templates and visuals. Ensure all email communications are compliant with legal regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Maintain list hygiene and continuously grow subscriber base through integrated marketing tactics. Leverage user data and insights to refine targeting, personalization, and campaign relevance. Optimize campaigns for mobile responsiveness and performance. Stay up to date with email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM marketing roles. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., LEDE 360, Mailchimp, HubSpot, MoEngage). Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and email performance metrics. Excellent written communication, analytical, and project management skills. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
