Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    email marketing campaigns

    to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
  • Manage

    end-to-end campaign operations

    — from audience segmentation, content creation, and testing to delivery and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the

    content, design, and sales

    teams to craft high-performing newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Optimize

    subject lines, CTAs, and content

    through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Maintain and grow

    email databases

    while ensuring GDPR/compliance best practices.
  • Set up and monitor

    email automation workflows

    (welcome series, re-engagement, drip campaigns, etc.).
  • Track and report on

    campaign KPIs

    such as open rate, CTR, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
  • Recommend new strategies to improve

    deliverability, engagement, and ROI

    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in

    email marketing

  • Strong knowledge of tools like

    Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo

    , or similar.
  • Understanding of

    CRM systems

    and customer journey automation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in

    Google Analytics / campaign reporting

    .
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    B2B or D2C

    email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with

    marketing automation tools

    lead nurturing workflows
