About the Role

Acadecraft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our email communication strategy. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Noida Sector 63, requiring a professional with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on email campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create compelling email content aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
Build and maintain segmented mailing lists for targeted campaigns.
Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and design.
Analyze campaign performance and report metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and deliverability.
Ensure compliance with email marketing standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to improve engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing (preferably in a digital-first or B2B environment).
Strong understanding of email automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Proficiency in segmentation, list management, and lifecycle marketing.
Good knowledge of analytics platforms and reporting dashboards.
Experience with A/B testing and email optimization techniques.
Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email editing (a plus).
