About the Role

GreyB is looking for a user-obsessed, analytical, and systems-driven Junior Product Manager to support the development and growth of our products. You will work closely with the product manager and cross-functional teams to ensure our products solve real user needs with clarity, rigor, and speed.

This is a role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys switching between strategic and hands-on work, and loves translating complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions.

What You’ll Do

User & Market Understanding

• Deeply understand user needs, pain points, and workflows; bring a user-first lens to every decision.
• Participate in user interviews, synthesize insights, and feed them into product decisions.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Perform data analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
• Break ambiguous problems into structured, multi-disciplinary solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine product messaging, value propositions, and positioning.
• Partner with engineering and design to clarify requirements, and ensure smooth execution.

Product Execution & Roadmapping

• Help evaluate new feature requests and map them against user needs and product goals.
• Bring data, user insight, and structured thinking into why we build what we build.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You care deeply about users and think in terms of their goals, not feature checklists.
• You communicate clearly, whether you're writing a report, summarizing an insight, or collaborating with sales.
• You’re analytical and comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to make sense of data.
• You enjoy fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly, switching between analysis, research, writing, and coordination.
• You like building systems and processes that bring clarity.
• You have a multidisciplinary approach to solving problems: combining product thinking, business understanding, and technical awareness.

Nice-to-Have (Optional)

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Prior product management exposure (internship or ~1 year).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Experience with user research or UX thinking.
