Role Overview

Junior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior product managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, and marketing) to define and execute product roadmaps.
Gather and analyze customer insights, feedback, and data to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
Assist in developing and enhancing features for lending, payments, and user journey flows.
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support in tracking product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Coordinate with UI/UX teams to create seamless, intuitive experiences for users.
Participate in market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on fintech trends and evolving user expectations.
Ensure timely product releases by working closely with development and QA teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience
in product management, preferably in
loan lending applications
,
digital banking
,
payment gateways
, or
fintech products
.
Strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, and credit lifecycle management.
Experience working in agile/scrum product environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable plans.
Passion for fintech innovation and a user-first mindset.
