Technical Lead (GCP & Golang)

As a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer at our fast-growing tech/fintech company, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable, high-performance systems using GCP (Google Cloud Platform), GoLang, Node.js, and MongoDB. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to deliver impactful features and solutions. It will be your responsibility to drive best practices in code quality, testing, and system reliability, as well as to optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security. You are expected to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the fintech space to ensure our systems are always ahead of the curve. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer in a similar environment. You must possess strong expertise in GCP and cloud-native architectures, proficiency in GoLang and Node.js for backend development, and hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. A deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures is essential. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be beneficial.
