About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams across Design, Tech, Analytics, CX, and Marketing - essentially the entire squad - to successfully plan and execute product launches.
• Analyze user behavior, uncover insights, and translate them into impactful product improvements.
• Map user journeys, design and run A/B experiments, and validate product hypotheses with a data-driven mindset.
• Take ownership of smaller product modules - build, launch, and scale them efficiently.
• Champion the user’s perspective throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Own problem statements end-to-end - from discovery and research to launch and post-launch scaling.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to design, test, and optimize product-led growth experiments.
• Dive into data (using SQL/Excel) to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and measure the impact of product decisions.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of technology concepts such as API integrations, data flows, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and the SDLC process.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0.5 - 2 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for technology, user experience, and building great products.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Basic understanding of agile product development is a plus.
• Eagerness to explore and implement AI workflows, agents, and emerging AI technologies, with a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
