Junior Product Manager

As a Junior Product Manager at EY, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying, handling, and executing product strategies for clients. Your role will involve supporting all product aspects including strategy, user experience design, development, and deployment. You will continuously evaluate and validate product vision to anticipate and address changing business and user needs. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products. Key Responsibilities: - Confidently communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels. - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product, and assist in developing strategies, establishing priorities, and leading the roadmap based on defined criteria and requirements. - Plan and track projects from design to execution, develop estimations for new projects, and other support activities. - Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements. - Track actuals vs. planned budget, manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis. - Maintain and update ETC (Estimate to Complete) and EAC (Estimate at Completion) throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. - Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths. - Ensure technical feasibility of solutions by collaborating closely with architects, developers, and QA teams. - Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular demos in Agile/Scrum environments. - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. - Manage the resources allocated to the project with tasks and ensure the delivery of the project with high quality. - Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with key clients. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. - Build and expand client relationships. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in product management or business analysis. - Understanding of consumer behaviors and technology trends. - Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques. - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. - Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to clients. - Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. - Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills. Education And Experience: - 4-7 years of relevant experience in a reputed firm. - BE/ B.Tech along with an MBA from a top-tier B-School.
