1. Attendance & Leave Management On-roll Employees: Generate monthly attendance reports via biometric systems. Cross-check data with manual registers and get necessary approvals for out-duties. Update and maintain attendance in standard Excel format (D-Mart specific). Ensure accurate update of Week Offs, LWPs, PLs, Comp Offs in ESS/MSS. 2. Maintain required registers, displays, and notices under Labour Law regulations. 9. Recruitment & Manpower Management: Coordinate with departments for on-roll recruitment needs. Liaise with vendors to complete hiring for 3P manpower. 10. FSSAI & Housekeeping Supervision: Supervise hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness across the facility. Ensure: Medical fitness certificates are submitted before hiring. Employees wear hair nets on the shop floor. Proper grooming and hygiene protocols are followed. 11.
