Position: GroupHead- HR Operation

Qualification

Essential MBA/ Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management (2 years FullTime) from Institute of repute.

Experience- 12-15yrs of corporate experience in HR Operation

JobProfile:- To conceptualize, formulate, Initiate, and implement allPolicies, Processes & Procedures pertaining to human resources managementto support the achievement of organizational objectives by way of effectivedevelopment, utilization & satisfaction of the Human Resource.

CandidateShould be in corporate profile and handlining the group company. Broadly heshould have exposure of Centre of Excellence ( COE) modeling of HR process/initiative.

Major Jobincludes...

ManpowerPlanning & Budgeting

EffectiveManpower Planning & handling redundancy with a view to enhanceproductivity.

Createmanpower plans and budgets in line with annual business plans

Monitoradherence to planned budgets (Salary, T & D, Admin, etc.)

Work inpartnership with internal customers (line managers, function/ department heads, Unit Head ) to ensure timely hiring as per requisition plans

Finalizingthe manpower budget in the beginning of the financial year

Recruitment

Managing endto end recruitment process for all the requirements across all levels

Builds andmaintains quality relationships with the internal customers and externalrecruitment agencies.

Develop, trackand report individual recruiter metrics (e.g time to fill opening and cost perhire)

Use the socialmedia/Technology in closing various positions .Review current and new sourcerecruitment sources and implement new options to meet organizational hiringneeds in a timely manner.

Manage therecruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

Responsiblefor Sourcing, Delivery, TAT, SLA, HR Operation

ManagingInduction, onboarding and joining formalities

Reports , MIS, data analytics and Recruitment and skill dashboard

CompensationManagement & Payroll Management

To ensurecompletion of Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process timely & withaccuracy for all on role employees

To ensurecommunication of revised compensation to employees & payroll

To ensurecommunication of ACR process & Variable pay plan to all employees.

To ensuretimely disbursal of salary (month on month) along with reimbursements throughDarwinbox.

To manage & control loans and advances

To ensurereconciliation, tax deductions & compliance to norms.

To ensuretimely & accurate full and Final settlement

Ensureinternal audits through maker checker system in payroll.

HRIS(Darwinbox)

To ensureeffective implementation of All Module of Darwin box. Play Role of Super Adminfor Darwinbox.

To ensure allemployees (Staff as well as Workmen) are enrolled with Darwinbox

To ensure alldata pertaining to employees be updated from time to time in Darwinbox.

To ensure allpositions & related information are updated from Time to Time in Darwinbox.

To ensureutilization of all modules/reports in Darwinbox with Zero NC.

StatutoryCompliance & Stakeholder Management

Stay up todate on all statutory requirements, and ensure awareness on and adherence tothe same

Ensure andreview compliance with applicable statutory requirements periodically, including personnel file maintenance, PF, Gratuity, Payment of Bonus, WorkmensCompensation, Attendance records, etc.

Liaise withrelevant external stakeholders/ regulatory agencies for necessary inspections, certifications, and relationship management. E.g. Factory Inspectorate, LabourCommissioner, PF Department, etc if required.

Maintainrelationships with local community/ political/ administrative representatives, for smooth plant functioning and resolution of issues

Administration

Ensureeffective Admin management at corporate level with desired hygiene, safety, security and compliance requirements while keeping within planned budgets

Ensure safetyand security of all employees and company property, through necessary resourceallocation, infrastructure, etc.

Corp Admin-responsible for cafeteria mgmt., transport , Security, Housekeeping & Office maintenance etc in support of team .

HRMIS

ManagementInformation System (HRMIS )

Collation & collation of Various HR activities & prepare HR-MIS for ManagementReview.

EmployeesCommunication

Prepareinternal communication to employees on key HR initiatives.

PeopleManagement

Developsubordinates to take up higher responsibilities through requisite trainings onbehavioral competencies/ soft skills/ functional areas

Conductperiodic feedback conversations with team members as part of, and in additionto, the performance appraisal processes

Drive a highperformance and motivated team culture through regular feedback, recognition, and support to staff

CoreCompetencies:

Goodunderstanding about HRMS Operation of HR Automation like SAP HR/ successfactor / Darwin box etc.

Strongcommunication skills

High attentionto detail, clarity

Candidate withstrong exposure in screening, Stakeholder management skill, ExcellentCommunication Skills

Possessproactive attitude, excellent negotiating skill and capability to think in & out of the box.

Excellentinterpersonal and organizational skills with proven abilities in peoplemanagement, Excellent Team

ManagementSkills

Goodunderstanding of sourcing through different channel like Portals, LinkedIn, Reference etc.

ManagingEscalation

Strongdecision making ability

Should beProficient in MS office suite & Analytical skills

General

Age Below 35years.

CTC Around 15LPA -18 LPA approx. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.

Candidateshould not be frequent job changer.
