This role supports on-site hiring operations and drives high-volume technical hiring for technology and product organisations.Primary Title: Technical Recruiter (On‑Site) — IndiaWe are hiring an experienced, hands-on Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end IT hiring across Engineering, DevOps, QA, Data, and Product roles. This on-site position requires strong sourcing instincts, excellent stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to close high-quality candidates quickly in a competitive market.Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding—ensuring timely closures and quality hires.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), employee referrals, and targeted outreach to passive candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical competency and cultural fit; run technical and behavioral interviews and provide structured feedback to hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role profiles, prioritise requisitions, and streamline interview processes to reduce time‑to‑fill and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS; deliver weekly hiring metrics and forecasted shortlists to stakeholders.
  • Drive offer negotiation, closure, and onboarding logistics while ensuring a positive candidate experience and employer brand representation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

  • 2+ years of hands‑on IT/Technical recruiting experience (agency or in‑house) across software engineering, QA, DevOps, or data roles.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing passive talent with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals (Naukri/Indeed).
  • Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment in an ATS with strong candidate pipeline management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with a track record of closing offers.
  • Comfortable working on‑site in India and managing multiple high‑priority requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience working with product or SaaS engineering teams and evaluating technical skills at a baseline level (coding, system design understanding).
  • Familiarity with employer branding, campus hiring, or volume hiring models and Google Workspace/ATS automation tools.
