Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Surat. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical roles. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, and managing job offers. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain a talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in identifying and hiring top talent for IT roles
• Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
