We re seeking a seasoned US IT Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across the US market. You ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving strategic hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and GitHub for candidate sourcing
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring compliance with US labor laws
Maintain and update ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva)
Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Stay updated on US market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies
