Job Description

Job Role Domestic IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements and source suitable candidates
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases for sourcing
Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
Handle offer rollouts and onboarding process
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year to a maximum of 5 years in a relevant IT recruitment role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Familiarity with Indian employment laws and full-cycle recruitment
