Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions (developers, engineers, QA, DevOps, product, design, etc.). Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define hiring strategies. Source and attract candidates using various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional communities, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and culture fit. Coordinate technical interviews, testing tasks, and feedback collection. Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Build and manage a talent pipeline for future technical roles. Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS databases, and prepare hiring reports. Conduct market research to understand tech trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscape. Support employer branding activities, online presence, and recruitment campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Sourcer. Strong understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and software development processes. Ability to source passive candidates and use advanced search techniques. Excellent communication and interviewing skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
