Position Overview

Generate and qualify sales leads for IT products/services through outbound prospecting and lead nurturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential IT clients through various channels
  • Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate interest
  • Qualification: Assess prospect needs, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions
  • Target Achievement: Generate 20-30 qualified leads monthly

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years B2B sales or lead generation experience
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Basic IT/technology knowledge
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection

Key Metrics

  • Qualified leads generated per month
  • Discovery calls completed weekly
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Activity levels (calls, emails, connections)

Compensation

  • Base salary: Rs 45,000-Rs 65,000
  • Commission/bonus structure
