Job Description

Job Description:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives/BDMs.
Drive highest conversions from leads to closures with a focus on revenue maximization.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance daily/weekly and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
Provide sales training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Support the team in high-value deal closures and manage escalations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion ratios across the funnel.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporates.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align campaigns with sales goals.

Proven track record of achieving highest sales targets and conversions.
Strong team leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Data-driven approach to track performance and improve conversion rates.
High energy, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of sales experience with at least 1–2 years in team management.
Prior experience in EdTech sales or training industry strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving top conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
