This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual with around 6 months of experience in human resources. This role reports directly to the Founder. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and managing the applicant tracking system. Candidate and Student Support: Conduct mock interviews with our existing students and paid candidates to prepare them for real-world job applications. Administer and evaluate tool tests to assess a candidate's practical skills and readiness for the job market. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help candidates improve their performance. Performance Support & Administration: Assist in monitoring employee performance and progress towards targets , working closely with the Founder and team leads. Help in preparing basic performance reports and summaries to identify trends. Support the process of performance reviews and feedback sessions by scheduling and record-keeping. Maintain and update all employee and candidate records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Assist with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance management. Handle general employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes. Help prepare various HR-related reports as needed. Employee Engagement & Culture: Help organize and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Support the development and communication of company policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for employees, fostering a positive and open work environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role, internship, or a similar administrative position. Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, administration, and an awareness of performance management concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with HR software/tools. Desired Skills and Attributes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
