Business Development Manager (BDM)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential B2B clients in software development and digital marketing domains.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Generate leads through outbound campaigns, networking, and partnerships.
• Qualify prospects, conduct requirement analysis, and deliver tailored solution presentations.
• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Handle the complete sales process—from lead acquisition, proposal drafting, pitching, and negotiation to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Draft detailed business proposals, SOWs, and commercial agreements aligned with client objectives.
• Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements to maximize company profitability
• Work closely with the project management, design, and development teams to align client requirements.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to management.
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT Software / Digital Marketing industry / Odoo ERP.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end software sales cycle and digital marketing sales cycle.
• Strong understanding of web, mobile app, ERP, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent skills in proposal drafting, presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
