Job Description

Position: Sales Manager/Business Development Manager for Noida and Kolkata (Remote) location.

Young Edsplorer Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic travel company specializing in organizing experiential learning travel programs for schools and colleges. Our mission is to bridge education and exploration, providing students with enriching experiences that extend beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the only B2B industry for at-least 5 years.
  • Preferably experience in school or education industry.
  • Strategizing the Business/Sales Plan for the company in the defined region.
  • Reaching out to present clientele and generating new leads and clients in your region.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange face to face business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s travel services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements:

  • Prior Education Sales Experience mandatory.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in sales for a minimum for 5 years , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in the Travel Edtech sales or in selling educational programs is a plus.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
