Role and Responsibilities We are seeking candidates with a background in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fields who are passionate about financial education. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex financial concepts for school students and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned workshops that promote financial literacy among young learners. 1. Conduct School Workshops - Plan, organize, and deliver interactive workshops in schools with a focus on financial literacy. - Ensure workshop content aligns with CBSE curriculum guidelines and learning objectives. - Gather feedback from participants and continuously improve content and delivery methods. 2. Vendor Coordination - Identify, liaise with, and manage vendors for workshop materials, logistics, and services. - Ensure timely procurement, quality control, and cost-effective sourcing. - Maintain vendor databases and negotiate service terms. 3. Planning and Coordination - Create detailed event calendars, action plans, and execution schedules. - Coordinate with schools, internal teams, and vendors to ensure flawless delivery of programs. - Monitor progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status updates. 4. Outreach and Relationship Management - Reach out to schools and educational bodies to promote and schedule workshops. - Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff, principals, and educational coordinators. - Represent the organization at educational fairs, meetings, and school events. Preferred Qualifications Educational background in Economics, Finance, Commerce , or other related disciplines . Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in education, training, or program delivery is a plus. Passion for financial education , youth empowerment, and the academic sector. Show more Show less
