We're looking for a Workshop Facilitator who can design and deliver impactful experiences that educate, energize, and empower. As a Workshop Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in leading sessions that help teams collaborate, innovate, and grow. Whether in person or virtual, your workshops won’t just be “another meeting”—they’ll be moments of transformation. 🔹 What you’ll do: Facilitate engaging, high-impact workshops for diverse audiences Design session content, materials, and activities that drive participation and retention Adapt to different group dynamics, industries, and objectives Partner with internal stakeholders or clients to understand learning needs and goals Foster an inclusive and safe environment for open dialogue and creative thinking 🔹 We’re looking for someone who: Has experience leading workshops, training sessions, or group learning events Is an excellent communicator with strong storytelling and presence Knows how to read a room (even on Zoom!) and pivot as needed Is comfortable with facilitation tools, platforms, and instructional design basics Brings creativity, empathy, and a passion for helping others grow ✨ If you're passionate about experiential learning and love helping people connect ideas with action, we'd love to hear from you! 📩 Apply now at inquiry@icretegy.com
