Role Description

This is a Full-time / part-time, on-site role for a Leadership Development Workshop Facilitator, based in Chennai. The Workshop Facilitator will be responsible for organizing TAB StratPro Next level Leadership Development workshops and facilitating group discussions. The role also includes engaging participants, building creativity, and encouraging collaboration in every session. The Facilitator will collaborate with team members to design and refine training content to meet the unique needs of the participants.

Qualifications

• Performed Leadership roles, Organizational strategy roles, management consulting, Leadership Development  
• Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency
• Experience in Workshop organization, Facilitation, and Training delivery
• Demonstrated Creativity and ability to engage participants in innovative ways
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varying workshop formats and audiences
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage groups effectively
• Get Certified as a TAB's StratPro facilitator
