About the Role

US and Domestic Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

For All Levels (Freshers to Experienced):

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes and evaluate applicants technical and professional skills.
  • Conduct preliminary screening via calls, video meetings, or in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS/CRM systems.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Responsibilities for US Recruiters (Additional):

  • Work with

    W2, C2C, and 1099

    employment types.
  • Source and recruit candidates for requirements from

    US clients and vendors

    .
  • Work in

    US time zones (EST/CST/MST/PST)

    .
  • Negotiate salaries, rates, and contract terms with candidates.
  • Understand US hiring regulations, employment laws, and compliance (E-Verify, I-9, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with US vendors and clients.

Responsibilities for Domestic Recruiters (Additional):

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for clients across India.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and updates.
  • Conduct screening based on salary expectations, notice periods, and candidate stability.
  • Manage bulk, lateral, and niche hiring as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients for smooth hiring processes.

Required Skills

For Freshers (0–1 Year):

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn recruitment processes.
  • Basic understanding of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

For Experienced Recruiters (1–6 Years):

  • Strong experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with job boards, Boolean search, and social recruiting.
  • Good understanding of technical and non-technical job roles.
  • Experience negotiating salaries and closing candidates.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements at once.
  • Experience working with clients/vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in staffing, consulting, or recruitment agencies (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
  • Familiarity with ATS systems like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar.
