to lead and strengthen our IT infrastructure, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and provide secure and reliable technology services for our teams across game development, publishing, and corporate functions.Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Management
Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.Manage hardware/software procurement, setup, licensing, and asset lifecycle.Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of IT systems to support game development pipelines.Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for employees across global locations, ensuring smooth transitions.Oversee and coordinate system availability and provisioning for team members working outside India, ensuring they have the proper hardware, software, and access to perform effectively.Security & Compliance
Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, data protection practices, and access controls.Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and government regulations (GDPR, ISO, etc.).Regularly conduct audits and vulnerability assessments to safeguard systems and data.Team & Vendor Management
Lead and mentor a small IT support team to provide timely helpdesk and on-site support.Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and SLA adherence.Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth functioning of office IT (Wi-Fi, conferencing systems, endpoint devices).Support hybrid/remote work setups by maintaining VPNs, collaboration tools, and secure access.Plan and execute IT support for office meetups, events, and investor visits.Strategic Planning
Develop IT roadmaps aligned with company growth and game studio needs.Introduce automation, monitoring, and best practices to optimize IT operations.Provide input on long-term technology strategy for development and business teams.Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.Proven Expertise In
Network administration, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).Endpoint management, Active Directory, MDM, and enterprise collaboration tools (Google Workspace, O365, Slack, Jira, Confluence).Cybersecurity tools and practices (firewalls, endpoint protection, SSO, MFA).Strong knowledge of IT compliance and data protection regulations.Excellent problem-solving, planning, and vendor management skills.Experience working in gaming, media, or fast-paced tech environments is a plus.What We Offer
