Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Evaluate emerging technologies to support IT forecasts.

2. Infrastructure Management

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and end-user systems.
Ensure high availability of critical business applications and data backup solutions.
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as required.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

Develop and enforce security protocols to protect company data.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local IT regulations).

4. Vendor & Asset Management

Manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.

5. Team Leadership

Supervise, mentor, and train IT support staff.
Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
Provide timely technical support to all departments.

6. Project Management

Lead IT-related projects such as ERP implementation, cloud migration, or office relocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
