We are looking for an experienced and reliable IT Manager to oversee and manage our entire IT infrastructure and support digital operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s computer network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of all IT systems and provide timely technical support.
• Handle corporate email setup and configuration (Outlook, Gmail, etc.) and integration with business tools.
• Manage and support ERP systems (especially Odoo) — user creation, access control, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware repairs, AMC, and software licensing.
• Monitor data backups, cybersecurity measures, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and support company-wide digital initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration.
• Strong understanding of networking, hardware maintenance, and Windows/Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with email and application configurations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and database backup processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle IT operations independently in a manufacturing setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or process-based industries.
• Knowledge of POS or production management systems.
