The Role
We are looking for a hands-on
IT Manager
for a 6-month extendable contract to lead and execute critical IT infrastructure and operations initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building foundational IT processes from the ground up while also managing day-to-day IT systems.You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient IT operations.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement core IT processes, policies, and workflows across the organization
- Set up and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions to streamline and secure access management
- Take ownership of endpoint management (device lifecycle management), including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and security using tools like Intune, Jamf, or similar
- Administer and optimize Active Directory and identity management systems
- Ensure secure and scalable onboarding/off boarding processes and access controls
- Support the rollout of collaboration tools, software licenses, and IT hardware
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of systems and procedures for internal reference
What You'll Bring
- 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration, including team or project leadership
- Strong, hands-on experience with:
- SSO setup and management (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)
- Endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji)
- Active Directory and related tools
- Proven track record in building or scaling IT processes in a growing organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment is a plus
Preferred Certifications (not Mandatory, But a Strong Plus)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Okta Certified Administrator / Okta Certified Consultant
- Jamf 200/300 Certifications (for Mac endpoint management)
- CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation Certification (for process setup and IT service management)
