What Will You Do:

Take end-to-end ownership of our technology ecosystem
Manage IT infrastructure, SaaS tools, security systems, and employee support to ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable tech stack for a fast-growing startup
Act as the primary administrator for company-wide IT tools and platforms
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning accounts, licenses, and access rights
Oversee IT infrastructure, including laptops, networks, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint security
Ensure robust security practices across identity management, access control, and device compliance
Troubleshoot system and tool-related issues for employees, resolving them within defined SLAs
Implement backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
Drive IT process improvements, automation, and best practices to support scale
Maintain IT documentation, policies, SOP, and a knowledge base for continuity

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
5–6 years of IT administration experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Proven experience administering several of the above tools, with the ability to quickly learn new ones
Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
Hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows environments
Solid understanding of IT security practices, compliance, and access management
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, asset & vendor management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
