IT Administrator
to support and enhance our digital ecosystem, enabling seamless learning and operations. Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable and knowledgeable IT Administrator who can independently manage all aspects of the school s IT infrastructure. From configuring mobile devices and maintaining Google Workspace to developing dashboards and solving daily tech issues, the selected candi will serve as the backbone of our digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage and document IT assets, licensing, backup systems, and school connectivity.
- Maintain internal systems including Wi-Fi, printers, firewalls, and CCTV.
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Configure and secure Android and iOS devices for staff and academic use.
- Implement and manage
Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
to enforce IT usage policies, deploy applications remotely, and secure lost or stolen devices.
Google Workspace (Waffle) Management
- Administer the complete
Google Workspace suite
, including Gmail, Drive, Classroom, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and more.
- Manage users, groups, organizational units, and sharing permissions via the Admin Console.
- Train and support staff on the effective and secure use of all Google applications.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Use
Google BigQuery
for data extraction and school performance insights.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards in
Looker Studio
to meet reporting needs.
- Automate data collection and reporting for management and academic use.
Training & Documentation
- Create user manuals and maintain IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on tools, security practices, and digital fluency.
- Stay up to with education technology trends to improve school systems.
Candi Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support roles.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical operations in an academic setting.
Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, Shell), cloud tools, and networking fundamentals.
