As an Automation and AI Tools Specialist, your role involves identifying and evaluating the best automation and AI tools suitable for different departments such as sales, marketing, and support. You will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive to enhance customer relationships and lead management. Additionally, you will deploy and maintain proposal generation tools like PandaDoc and Better Proposals, as well as set up AI chatbots on websites using platforms such as Tidio, Chatbase, and Intercom.
