We offer free at-home Urgent Care and COVID Testing. Our Clinicians will come to you and diagnose your illness. We can test for Covid-19, Flu, Strep, RSV and send prescriptions to your pharmacy.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Configuring and maintaining network router and servers.
• Keeping Internet up and running for the organisation
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Document and maintain inventory of IT assets
• Log tickets and follow up with ISP in case of Internet outage
• Create support tickets with the Hardware OEM to report defective hardware and request a replacement.
• Installation of Drivers and other operational tool in PC
• Troubleshoot staff computers for any technical issues
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

IT Administrator Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science, Networking, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ready to work in rotational and US Shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
